Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction on Evans Self-Care School (evansselfcareschool.com).

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the immediate-access and digital nature of our products, all sales are final once you have accessed, downloaded, or streamed course content. We are unable to issue refunds after access has been granted.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical failure).
  • You have not accessed any course materials and submit a written refund request within 7 days of purchase to support@evansselfcareschool.com.

Subscription Plans

Monthly and annual membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; no partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period. To cancel, log in to your account dashboard and select Cancel Membership, or email us at support@evansselfcareschool.com.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@evansselfcareschool.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days.
